Eleni Foti studied Economics at the University of Athens; she pursued postgraduate studies in Business Administration at the ALBA Graduate Business School, where she was awarded a MBA degree. She completed her post-university education with a M.Sc. (Master of Science) on Marketing & Communication with New Technologies at the Athens University of Economics. She is currently a PhD Candidate at the Panteion University of Social and Political Science. She speaks English (C2 level) and Greek.
She is Director of International Commercial Relations at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and Director of the Athens Start Up Business Incubator (THEA).
She is member of numerous committees and working groups, at European and national level, relating to innovation, entrepreneurship, youth employment, VET and sustainability.

Stella Starra studied “Political and Social Sciences”, at the Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences in Athens. She has completed a Postgraduate Training Course, on "Social Development Executives", at the Department of Sociology of Panteion University in Athens. Also, she completed her post-university education, with a Master of Science on “Marketing & Communication with New Technologies”, at the Athens University of Economics.
Joined the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (A.C.C.I.) in 1993 and she is currently Head of European Affairs Department, of the International Trade Relations Directorate, of Chamber. Also, she is Coordinator Manager of the Athens Start Up Business Incubator Athens - THEA.
She participates of numerous programs and working groups at European and national level on issues of sustainable development, promoting innovation and business extroversion, but also improving employment and effectively linking vocational training with the labor market, as below:
1. Project Coordinator and Network Advisor of the A.C.C.I., at the “Enterprise Europe Network” of the “Single Market Programme - COSME 2021 – EEN (SMP - COSME 2021 – EEN” 2. Communication manager of the A.C.C.I. at the “European Resource Efficiency Knowledge Center - (EREK)”, 3. Coordinator of the Transnational Project “GAZELLE organizing accELaration for high - potential innovative SME’s” of the “INTERREG - BALCAN MED 2014 – 2020”, with Coordinating Partner is the A.C.C.I., 4. Deputy Representative of the A.C.C.I. to the Standing Committee of the “Employment Organization of Human Resourses” for the modernization of the institution of Apprenticeship in Greece, since the year 2014 until today, 5. Communication Manager of the A.C.C.I., as a Member of the “Hellenic Network for Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR Hellas Network”, since the year 2012 until today, 6. Communication Manager of the A.C.C.I., as a Member of the “Global Compact Network Hellas” for the Support of the 10 Basic Principles of the UN Global Compact, since the year 2012 until today, 7. Head of the “European Information Center Europe Direct A.C.C.I.” since 2013 - 2017, which aimed to inform European citizens about EU policies and priorities and strengthen the participatory exercise of their rights, etc.
She speaks very good English (Proficiency NOCN C2, ESOL International) and Greek and has been certified in computer skills (Global Cert Intermediate C).
She has extensive experience in informing companies about European entrepreneurship policies.
Ioustini Devetzi - Brief CV
Ioustini is working in the Department of European Affairs of A.C.C.I. since 2014 and at the A.C.C.I. in various positions, since 2009 (Government Gazette Issue No. 280c/22.4.2009). She has been appointed by the decision 14/11.07.2022 of the Steering Committee of A.C.C.I as the Administrator of the Business Angels Network of Greece.
She holds: a) Master degrees: in "Applied Economics and Business", Department of Economic and Regional Development of the Panteion University, and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in "Economics of Health Management", Department of Economics, by University of Piraeus. b) Bachelor's degrees: in ‘Business Administration’ of the Athens University of Economics and Business – AUEB, and in ‘Financial Services and Business in Southeast European Countries’ by University of West Attica at the Department of Business Administration (Scholarship from the Greek State Scholarship Foundation). Diploma’s: a) in ‘Pedagogical Science’ of the Program in Sciences of Education and Training of the Athens University of Economics and Business and b) in Maritime Studies of the Institute of Vocational Training. She speaks English and Greek.
She had also a long working experience in the private sector since 1996. She has also participated in the administrative support, implementation and development of the above projects: Athens Start-Up Business Incubator (THEA), Europe Direct A.C.C.I., Sustainable Greece, DANAE, MIND, FABUSS, GAZELLE and Enterprise Europe Network.

Adamantia Argyriou studied Administration and Economics at the University of West Attica, with a Bachelor's degree focused in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
Since 2021, she is a Master Student at the University of West Attica at the postgraduate program "Public Administration - Public Management".
She has also Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of ESOL International.
While she was practicing for her diploma degree as a convention organizer at Agricultural Bank of Greece, has organized several conferences and educational seminars.
She has worked at the Airline Industry (SYRIAN ARAB AIRLINES) as an Airline Ticket Constructor & Airport Service Representative total for 12 years (2000-2012).
Alter the final termination of the Airline from Greece she has worked as Travel Consultant for 1 year (2012-2013) and for 2 years (2013-2015) as Sales and marketing manager in the hotel industry.
After her collaboration in the Hospitality Industry, she has dealt with Travel Agency named Real World Tours as Sales & Marketing Manager (2015-2018).
Since 2018, she has been working at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry- Registry Department (2018-2020) and at the Department of European Affairs (2020-today).
